Maybe it would have been better to finalize MN9 and then head on with Red Ash with a more detailed kicxkstarter with lots of info and also some real screenshots etc...

As the digital version is for PC only, so is the physical I assume and it comes in DVD case.

Please don't blindly back this. The situation with this and MN9 is different. MN9 was being pitched as a mega man like made by a company that made several successful mega man titles in inticreates. This is being made by a company that has little in the way of development history.
