I usually scan at 600 DPI, the scanner's at 200 DPI because I was scanning that comic in the screenshot. I suppose there's no program out there that can help me calibrate this thing, then? :( |

what about descreen on the advanced settings - that should help too. I used to have a visioneer one touch, and the bundled software worked just fine |

I know there's some apps for Linux and probably Windows too, but I've never used any. A quick Google search for scanner software came up with lots of results. Just be wary of malware and look at some reviews I guess. |
