--- Quote from: TDIRunner on June 18, 2015, 02:52:04 PM ---My printer has multiple trays to select paper from. Some printers have a secondary tray that folds out for one or two sheets at a time. Sometimes the printer defalts to that tray when you select a different type of paper. Check to see if that's the problem and make sure you've selected the tray that the glossy paper is in. --- End quote --- Thanks. Yea I tried doing that, inserting it in that tray and selected glossy, it still says that there's no paper |

If it's somekind of laser that gets reflected by glossy paper, the engineers should be shot ;) Can you still return it to the store? If everything else fails, could you locate the sensor and block/disable it? |

Sorry, I'm running out of ideas other than looking for a 1-800 support number and trying that or trying Google. |
