It's been frustrating trying to download the program. When I download it and click open, nothing happens. Followed the exact procedures as listed on the site. Just flashes or takes me to wherever I'm on the internet. I am using a Dell Inspiron 15. I'm not that technical with PC's. I'm borrowing this one just so I can try to use IMG Burn. But nothing happens.
