Rumours of Final Fantasy VII coming to PS4

While they would be nice I think a full blown 3D rendition of FF6 would be insane!

If 8 or 9 got a remake before 7, or maybe 6, fans would throw a shit fit. I like 8, but it is generally not even in the top 5 of preferred FF titles among the masses. 9 can burn in hell (personal preference). 7 was a system seller 20 years ago and will probably be a system seller now. Remastered editions of games are hit and miss, but this is a RE MAKE, and honestly, I have been waiting for this since it was rumored on the PS2 back in 2002 (the 5 year anniversary of it).

1 - 6 or 8,9 i am just tried of heading about 7. Yes it was a great game i do like it. i am just tired of all the spin off's that it has

Well, it has 2 console spinnoffs, a film sequel and some old phone games no one played. Why? Because people like this one. They like 6 too, but this is still their Opus. But this isnt another sequel or title within the universe. This is the main game. And it looks bad ass if the teasers do it justice

I really wouldn't mind if they found some way to incorporate all the spin-off content into this, making it a truly, TRULY definitive remake.
