well to be honest; i tried using photo gloss paper (per research on this forum) and spray glue and/or a glue stick. That didn't work for me (paper was too tough and for SNES games, kept popping up on the top "wrap around" part. I tried gluing down the top first (and letting it dry for a day) and then applying the front and it still popped up. I went on ebay and bought this (

Fine by me, i don't need 100 sheets because I only have a few labels. I print 6 snes labels per page (so that i'm not wasting a page). Looks good and i don't have to worry about spray glue getting all over my hands/cartridge shell/floor/pets etc... It's a little tricky peeling off the paper backing off the sticker but you will eventually get it. I've only messed up this way once out of about 5. I haven't applied any NES labels yet (as there aren't many labels hosted on TCP for the games I need) but n64 and snes works well.
Here's a pic so you can kinda see how it looks. For only $5, it was worth it to see for myself and I'm happy with the results. Also, I didn't have much luck going to office depot etc... My online quest was more fruitful
