I too would love it, but I don't see it as win-win for Nintendo. It may increase Wii U sales, but at the same time decrease the new 3DS sales.

One big thing I find missing for the Wii U is a unified trophee system. Through software update, they could add it to all previously released games.
Bringing back the World Championship is great, but if you can do it from your basement, it's not bad either :)
TDIRunner:
I fail to see how it would reduce 3DS sales.  The Game Boy Player had no adverse affect on Game Boy Advance sales.  Home console sales and portable gaming are two very different market segments, and there is more than enough room from games to cross over those segments.

How about the new 3DS Zelda, I know everyone's dieing to see Link cross dress as Zelda.

I cant quite believe how disappointed I am in Nintendo right now.............an absolute JOKE.

I mean sure Starfox looks great, Mario Maker will be fun for 5 minutes until we all realise it is no more than a £10 eshop game, Xeno looks incredible...........BUT WE ALREADY KNEW ABOUT THESE GAMES!!!........LAST YEAR!!!!!!!

I am not even going to mention this fucking pathetic "Metroid" game..........its embarrassing and shameful that they have given it the legendary name, as it is CLEARLY a completely new IP they have simply slapped the name on in the hope that us stupid dedicated fans will just lap it up.

And to to not even MENTION Zelda???.........seriously? how is that possible? it was mentioned last year and now NOTHING...........clearly the end of the Wii U when there is nothing new of note, that would make anyone new buy the console, shown.
