I like my new computer
Arseen:
The computer I got is not super one but strong enough for my use.
64-bit quadcore Intel Pentium J2900 2.41GHz, 4GB DDR3 RAM, 500GB HDD.
It was supposed to be 349 Euros, but when the clerk was typing the quarantee info he noticed that the price had dropped to 245.
Arseen:
Anyway:
I tried making Vertical cover of James -Bond jr... and oh did the computer work fine!
In 1 minute I had near finished cover.
Computer did not hick-up once!!!
Now I can finally make covers as I please.
Might do some next week or week after when I have 2 weeks off... minus the Friday - Saturday - and maybe Sunday when the Juhannus is when I'm way too drunk and 200km away from home. ;D
Thom Grayson:
I approve of your new computer - and I approve of surprise price reductions! Love it every time it happens - "oh, it looks like you owe us LESS than you thought you did!"
I've no idea what a Juhannus is, but it sounds like a party :P

I think these 2 paragrafs from Wikipedia sum it up quite well.
--- Quote ---Many of the celebrations of midsummer take place on midsummer eve, when many workplaces are closed and shops must close their doors at noon.

I think Juhannus Day is the only day in the year when no store is allowed to stay open (except gas stations, and when cities in Finland are the quietest.
--- Quote ---Many Finns leave the cities for Midsummer and spend time in the countryside. Nowadays many spend a few days there, and some Finns take their whole vacation in a cottage. Rituals include bonfires, cookouts, a sauna and spending time together. Heavy drinking is also associated with the Finnish midsummer

And the yearly warning:

Translation for non-Finnish speakers:
Levels of Dihydrogen-monoxside still on rise in Saimaa.
Along with heavy metals and sulfides massive ammounts of Dihydrogen-monoxside is leaking to nature from the Talvivaara quarry. Internationally this compound is often shortened DHMO.
If inhaled this compound is extremely dangerous and kills many Finns per year.
Dihydrogen-monoxside has proven espesially dangerous if people are same time exposed to slightly polaric hydrocarbon based solvent (C2H5OH), which is plentyfully found from all Finnish lake areas especially during the warmer times of year.
This year levels of Dihydrogen-monoxside seem to exceed all previous levels in the waters of Vuoksi, especially around the Saimaa area. Finnish Newscenter (STT) reported on thursday that the levels are so high that it limits the usage of lakeside saunas and summer cottages in low laying areas.
Besides damaging human respiratory system Dihydrogen-monoxside also damages buildings.
The reporter considers the situation serious. It has long been known that Dihydrogen-monoxside is only good under the boats.

That goes for all lakes, ponds, rivers, pools and such as well.
