Pokemon - GBA - NA - Art Swap - Raws

Wondering if anyone can make a custom GBA Pokemon label like Fire red and Leaf green, but done up as if it were for a Yellow version of the game? Don't know if I want Thunder Yellow or Lighting Yellow to be the name, if there are any better suggestions they would be welcomed.

Are you talking about the Thunder Yellow ROM hack? I've recently made one since I couldn't find one, and this was the only mention of that name.
