Floppy Disk Labels?

I started doing some work on this on my other computer & will upload on Monday. It is ridiculously simple, so I should have the DOOM floppy completely done for all versions then.
Just to make sure, the label size is 2.675" by 2", correct? That's the number I found on labels offline.
