Playstation DVD Cover Request

I'm looking for NTSC DVD covers for the following Playstation titles:

Crash Team Racing
Driver
Frank Thomas Big Hurt Baseball
NHL 2000
NHL Rock the Rink
Syphon Filter
Twisted Metal 4
Warhawk

My scan thread includes the following of what you are looking for:
  scans of CTR (front, back and inlay)
  scans of the Greatest Hits version of Twisted Metal 4 (front, back and inlay)

I can provide scans of Driver and Syphon Filter, but both are Greatest Hits.  Of course, with everything, you will still need someone to convert into DVD format. 

Also, I have a scan of the back of NHL Championship 2000.  You requested NHL 2000 which is a different game, but you might check to make sure yous doesn't say "Championship."

Just checked and it is NHL 2000 by EA. I grabbed your raws for CTR and plan on playing around with the DVD template tonight just for the hell of it. I just have to figure out how you guys clean up the scans so well.

Let me know if you want scans of Driver or Syphon Filter.  Just remember that they will be Greatest Hits versions since I don't have the black label versions.

I don't know why I didn't look in the raw scans directory but, I finally did this morning and found the following:
