Unfortunately my wife thinks that I have too much space and has placed some of the kids toys in there as well.  Now I am sharing the space with a Barbie Dreamhouse and the TMNT turtle lair.   

One of those is kind of cool, and the other not so much............. but which one do i mean.........?

why they always have to take space from us, there's no too much space for a game room. does she have her own space in the house? send the Barbie Dreamhouse to her space, and tell her that she have too much space for her own, so, its better to split the kids gaming area into both areas (boy with me and girl with you).  is not that bad that both kids has there playing area down there, you can get time with them, but is not fun to send them both down when you're there too and she won't be there because she can't go down stairs, so you'll have all the mess in your area. you'll have to clean all their mess, noice, yelling ................... and she will be up all by her self

My 5 year old owns it, she loves TMNT.  In fact they all are very tomboyish.
