So for my 1,000th post ( :D), here is a stack of PS3,PS4, Xbox One and Blu Ray NTSC cases

They're all kind of mixed in, but you can see that Blu Ray cases are significantly slimmer than PS3 and PS4 and even a little trimmer than Xbox One.  The sleeve dimensions (as previously noted) are also very different.
All blu ray cases are the "slim kind" though they do have multiple discs.  The only thick Blu Ray case is Hellsing (in between Kingdom Hearts and Resident Evil), as that case has 5 discs inside.

I have a few hundred Blu Rays, and the smaller size is, without a doubt, the standard.  For USA anyway.  Also, NA cases are much rounder than the boxy PS cases

Yes, there physical release for Resident Evil HD but, there is only an Asia and Japanese version. The Asia version cover is in English which is the one that's shown in the picture posted by Megatron.

Does it have English voiceovers? If so, I might be interested in doing a little importing...

English voiceovers and english text...asia version.  You have a choice.  Not sure about japanese version.

BUT...big flaw here....you press circle to pick items up and x to confirm...if you doulbe tap circle (as youd expect to, it will cancel the item pickup.  This is because controls are Japanese standards, but system region determines confirmation  button (x in NTSC us and circle in ntsc j)
