Years ago for me and ditto on the cover making front. I've downloaded everything usable from his site  :)

Probably more than 3 years ago for me. Found it while looking for a Power Rangers Racing game cover for SNES. His scan's are so hard to work with. I think it's been tapped for anything the cover project doesn't have already.
