When to my local game store and picked up some games I had been looking for.  And a couple new controllers.

Lol, didn't even notice that the red controller lacked analog sticks :P

Is the Sony logo on it printed in gold? Looks that way but I can't tell.

It's printed in a gray color, my lighting makes it look gold lol.

It's an authentic controller.  At first I thought it was a third party controller, saw the Sony logo, and did a double take lol.

It's legit, for sure. I think I have one of those as well (deep in a plastic tub of controllers I'll never use). I recall there being a couple other colors as well. Black and green/blue maybe?  Can't recall for sure. I know I was working retail when they came out though, so I do know for sure that they were Sony products.

Bought a Watara Supervision today. It came with one game, Crystball.
Only had to pay €4,- and it works as it's supposed to do.

I was at a game store today and I saw the same red PS1 non-analog controller priced at $4.95 (same as all others).

I have been looking for a model 1 Sega Genesis for awhile now for a good price and found this beauty at a garage sale this morning for $7.

I was happy enough with just the console, but when I opened the CD tray I was pumped.

Missing the power adapters, but I am as happy as a kid on christmas

Was going to write that you should do something with yourself for showing something like that but it was too offensive, so I decided to just write: Good find. ;D

Nice find.  Keep an eye on http://retrogamecave.com/ -- I have one of their Trio power adapters to do my Genesis, CD, and 32x with 1 plug and it works like a charm.  But they're inconsistent on being in stock, so it might take a while to see it.

My local facebook retro gamer group has get togethers a few times a year.  We had one today and I was able to get everything through trading my doubles.  Plus I get to hang out with a bunch of guys who like to talk about video games (which I don't get to do often outside of this site).

Maybe, just once, someone will call me "sir" without adding, "you're making a scene."
