REQUEST: PS1 Ridge Racer Revolution & Rage Racer DVD Cases

I would greatly appreciate if anyone could make up a DVD style cover for PS1 Ridge Racer Revolution & Rage Racer.  There are front and back scans already here for CD style covers, but I like my PS1 games in DVD cases.  The original Ridge Racer and Ridge Racer Type 4 have very nice DVD covers on the site, and I'd like to have a uniform appearance for my collection.
