I hate to state obvious stuff, but it will only fit in a certain way - meaning you have to line the pins up just right, with certain ones on top and bottom. And yes, it goes in that tire spoke looking hole. And it will not FIT, as in the cable isnt the right size, or the cable will not plug in, insinuating the plugs/holes don't align? |

They aren't even related. I don't see what u guys see. |
