Final bump. I'm trying to create my own cover art using photos from the internet. I've got a good scan of the back. If no one has the full cover art does anyone at least have a high res scan of the front cover?

I'm sure you've found the same images as myself but this is a nice image of the PAL version. You might be able to replace the rating and make a custom.
