Velmeran:
If you pick up a set of 1-3 for Arseen, if you want to send it to me first I could put it into the large box with the others to save some shipping for Arseen.

That Wario on BBTS is $10, What if I just gave you $3 on Paypal or something to go towards that, so you pay $7, and I "pay" $6.30 for my Wario. IDK, I feel bad for not coming through and I'm tired, so maybe I'm not thinking straight. ;D I'm kicking myself for not jumping on the 2 when they had them.
Ether way, I just opened it :-X
Do you want any of the Walmart ones I found, Arseen wants a set and they had planty of Mario, Luigi, Waluigi, Link, Tetra and Olimar.

No it's totally OK, larry! You really shouldn't feel bad at all. I'm totally happy with taking the wait and see approach. Seeing how so many of the 2.5" characters have had reprints already, it's not a huge concern. Glad to see he looks cool amongst all the other figures though!
Are the Wal-Mart versions of the figures in the open packages? Might sound weird, but one of the draws for the 2.5" figures for me is the cool blister packaging. I hope they keep making versions packaged like that! Either way, I'm not actively looking for any of those figures at the moment, but thanks for asking!
larryinc64:
@Velmeran I am holding some Amiibos for Arseen as well (Gold Mario, Splatoon Pack), so i can just ship this with that
@Retro
My Target just got some more Wave 1 4" figures (2 Mario and Yoshi, 1 Wario and Link) and a Ice and Fire Mario (I got the latter), More Wario should pop up soon.
I passed on the Ice and Fire Mario and Luigi a ton of times, I finally got them because they were the last ones I needed to complete series 1 and 2, I guess I'm a completionist now. :P
I snagged a set of the Walmart ones, I had to check every register for Tetra, the rest were plentiful, luckily not all registers were in use. I also snagged a box fro myself.

Nice, larry! Congrats on being a completionist for the first two series!
I have awesome news myself! I walked into my local Toys R Us tonight, expecting to once again look at the world's saddest World of Nintendo display (always two or three plushes, and a lone Micro-Land playset sitting on a shelf on the end of the aisle). However, after not seeing it in its normal spot, I search the aisles to find a MASSIVE stock of World of Nintendo merchandise! All Series 1-1 figures (seems like they're showing up awfully late my neck of the Canadian wood), as well as 4" Marios and Yoshis, wall-crawling Mario Kart 8 remote control cars, both deluxe Micro-Land playsets, and FOUR 6" Donkey Kong Figures!
I was thrilled to see all this. I like to think it's a good sign of things to come. Sad thing is that I ordered a 6" DK from Amazon.com last week, but it'll end up working out to about the same price, given TRU $19.99 price tag. If they had had a 6" Bowser, which I won on eBay for $27 USD, I would have really been pissed! But either way, I'm very happy to say that 2.5" Wario and Waluigi are mine!
Velmeran:
Not a fan of the new Series 3 packaging for the 2.5" :\
Wish they'd have kept consistent with the previous series.
