Yeah the problem with K Rool if im not mistaken is Rare owns the right to him not Nintendo, but who knows, we have already seen some Microsoft Big Wigs wanting Banjo & Kazooie in!

I thought the same at first but Nintendo does actually does own him. He's been in some spinoffs since Rare was acquired by MS like Mario Super Sluggers, King of Swing, Jungle Climber and Barrel Blast. Also Banjo & Kazooie would be freaking sweet too!

Its really not like nintendo to pull something like that, I mean its not like they have ever pulled anything like Capcom's Mega Man Legends project fiasco, I'm still super pissed about the lack of mega Man Legends 3, and I was not even one of the people participating in the Dev Room!
