New tenants, a guy and girl, moved into the downstairs condo beneath my girlfriend and I a few months ago. A couple weeks ago they got really shit faced and started causing a rucus. Apparently, while I was at work, they had a male guest over that left after loudly declaring that the guy was a drunk pussy. The girl chased him out screaming at him to get the fuck out of her place. A few hours later, the bf/gf were screaming and hollering at each other and at one point, they got so wild the walls of our condo started to shake and there was such loud banging that my girlfriend thought that maybe the girl below was getting slammed into the walls. Out of concern, she ran outside to see if the drunk girl needed help. While my girlfriend was on the phone with 911, the drunk girl sprinted outside and actually started banging her head against side of the building really hard. The guy came out and asked her to stop and go back inside. All of the neighbors were standing outside watching because of the commotion and the girl looked at them and said, "oh my goodness, are you all out here because of me?" A cop arrived shortly after that and talked to the drunk girl for awhile, but then just left. My girlfriend was really pissed at this point because she'd been scared that maybe the girl was getting beat up and instead she was just being a loud moron (it was late and gf had to get to work early). She mentioned more than once that it was very shocking to see the drunk girl banging her head with such force and vigor into the hard wall.
I've heard the neighbor's drunken bickering and sobbing a few nights since then while walking to the door after work, though my girlfriend assures me it was nothing compared the head banging incident. The other night, I heard the girl puking and the guy yelling at her to stop doing it on the carpet while I was walking up the stairs. This was kind of funny.
As a joke, I called my girlfriend yesterday and told her that in a fit of drunken rage our neighbor threw all of the boyfriend's clothes into the street, was arrested, and shit her pants. My girlfriend was actually very disappointed when I told her I was just kidding, as we're hoping they get kicked out soon. It actually used to be a pretty nice, quiet community until these trashy people moved in.
