Any value in this 3DO related disc?

Any chance anyone knows if there is any value to this rather odd disc that works with the 3DO console? The guy i got a lot from called me back and said he forgot he had this and gave it to me. I searched it on ebay and found 1 brand new for $299 and also i found it on amazon brand new for like $65 but there was no picture and were shipping from japan so not sure if its a different version or something. I see it works with computers n such and not just the 3DO system so may not be any value at all i really just dont know...

Even if it's not 'worth' much, I'd hang on to it all the same - it's certainly not something many people are going to have!
