Question about Printing + Scanning

Alright, I have two questions.

First question is regarding printing covers.

I will need to print out 100+ Covers for my NES/Genesis/N64 cases.  That's a lot of ink.  Do you guys take your covers anywhere to get them printed (Staples, etc.)?  If so, how much do they charge per cover?

Next questions is regarding scanning covers.

I have a good amount of games in my DS/Wii collection and a lot of the covers aren't on the site.  I would like to scan them but whenever I do I keep getting this moire effect or whatever.  I have a HP Photosmart C5280 All-in-One Printer/Scanner/Copier.  Does anyone use a scanner by HP that could help me with this?  Please post/pm me if you can so I can contribute to the site.

From the sounds of it you've read my scanning guide, but just in case, a link to it is in my signature. I got my covers printed from two places: Snowcone (although he's very busy now) and Staples. Staples charges ~$0.50 per cover. They also have scanners there so you might be able to use that for scanning stuff.

Yea I have read and followed your scanning guide multiple times.

and at $0.50 per cover, it may be a little cheaper than what it would cost me for ink.
