I had saved main cover with all the texts, but then I was cleaning the icons in 2 separate projects, and hadn't saved either of them. >:(

Not strictly retail, as even back then they were messing with their standard templates halfway through the consoles lifecycle. Did it in the style of the previous ones.

I might not get to print them out until this weekend, but I will post pictures of everything when I do.
It doesn't surprise me that even back then companies couldn't decide on a standard template. :-X
