Request: Tin Star - SNES - Custom - NTSC - UGC (Size)

Hi there, I'm brand new here, so forgive me if I'm posting this wrongly... What I'm looking for is a custom cover for the SNES game 'Tin Star' that can fit a Universal Game Case.  I'd really like it to be the custom type (not retail).  Can anyone do that?  I believe that this is the only game in my SNES collection that currently does not have a cover available for download/printing.

I have one on my computer that I've found in someone's online share, though I can't remember from who it was.
If nobody replies, I'll just add it to my share and share it again with source "unknown".

Reason #1: He is Sega fan, I'm Nintendoid. JK

Personal answer: The front image has some too thin lines that I don't like, and there are some miniscule things that are not quite up to site standarts, and I haven't bothered to point those out.

Main reason: Buzyness Lazyness on part of Admin [takes a long look in a mirror].

I have full folder of his covers to check and in most cases approve with minor tweaking.
