Resident Evil HD Remaster Manuals scans

Can anyone scan the manuals that were include in Asia version of Resident Evil HD remaster. The Asia version included both Japanese and English Manuals. I am sort of surprised that the Biohazard HD Remaster Japanese version didn't include the Japanese manual but, the asia version included it.
