Yes, and no. You have to use a software called Goomba Color to "compile" all the GB/GBC games into one, or a few separate GBA ROMs. It's actually very easy and pretty straightforward. You can find plenty of guides on Youtube, etc.

I found Goomba works pretty well with GB ROMs, but Goomba Color doesn't handle GBC all that well. Most of the GBC games I tried didn't work.
I know it's emulation, so I wasn't expecting much, but the games I tried (Pokemon Red full color hack and Shantae come to mind) were unplayable.

That's odd. I've never had any issues with it whatsoever. I have at least 20 GBC games on my EZ Flash which were complied with Goomba Color and they all work perfectly fine.
