Hello all,

Dont know why I didnt think of this earlier but as most of you interested in Club Nintendo will know, it is sadly closing its doors this year.

It is different for each region so if you havent seen the deadlines then you better get googling.

For me personally in the UK, it seems a little ambiguous.......as the official statements reads like stars will no longer be packaged with new games after April 1st, download games will not be registrable after April 20th and the whole programme ends on September 30th......but I have conflicting info on when the last dates the registering of non-expired codes happens, with some saying it is April 1st and others saying the scratch cards can be registered for stars right up until September 30th.

Anyway, I just thought it might be an idea to see if any one wants to swap doubles of cards/codes they might have (as of course, you cannot register the same game twice) and so swap them with people here for ones they need.......via PM of course!

So, the doubles I have are =

Animal Crossing New Lead (3DS) which expires on 14/12/16
Big Brain Academy Wii (original Wii) which was made when they had no expiry so will work! trust me, I registered mine last month.

So, any one in Europe want to trade some with me? would really appreciate it.......and of course, if anyone has some and/or lots of them and doesnt give a crap, then I and all the people here who love CN would very much appreciate it if you would be kind enough to gift those to us......as the deadline draws near!  :(

Really? lol.......Ive never even tried because Ive always read that it wouldnt work!

Man, I almost dont want to try though because if some reason it doesnt work for me then the card has been scratched off and probably seen as used.

Any spares there Sheep?

From some googling, it looks like the registering of the same game twice is only possible when you have a "family account" or if it as a physical and digital copy of the same game.

Neither of which apply to me or here.

Also, I have two.....count em TWO 3DS console codes to exchange as well......that is 750 stars EACH! and you can register multiple consoles on there as long as they are different editions.

Come on, seriously, no-one in Europe does Club Nintendo and is desperate to fill up their star totals before it closes down for good?

I'm trying to get my address changed from UK to France at the moment, as I wanted to get some physical rewards, but having trouble doing it.  Once I have that sorted I'll know what I have.

I didn't get a card with my 3ds  >:(

Haven't you been in France for a while?
Maybe, just once, someone will call me "sir" without adding, "you're making a scene."

Not in Europe it isnt at least.....tried that before.

We got cards with exposed (ie: not covered up by a scratch off panel) with our consoles.

Sheep, do you want to try one of these console codes? more than happy to give you one.......although a trade would be nice.

Last night I bought 6 game vouchers for £6 off a guy (Ebay) and all went in fine but then I hit the god damned jackpot as he said he had more and just sent them to me for FREE!!! So I ended up getting 3250 stars for £6!!  ;D

Yes, 4 years.  But had never changed my details with Nintendo.  Was stupidly saving all my cards, not realizing they had an expiry date on them.

Well............it FINALLY happened!!!

Club Nintendo Europe put full game downloads onto our Stars catalogue!!! so no more pencil cases and travel eye patch sets! lol.

Seriously............there isnt a single European based person here, or anyone else in the world who wants to trade stars/coins or whatever in advance of it all shutting down soon?

How many coins per game? I should probably be able to provide some (got a few still sealed DS games at home)
