I guess if you can get it to work for you, go for it, but I've had nothing but bad results from it. Fortunately, I've always been able to get my money back on those terrible purchases.

I'm hoping I can just offer Wiggy some $ and a zip of covers I need printed and he'll take care of the rest...

Honestly, I've considered offering a print service for TCP members. I can print 12x18, so if you place 2 covers per page in to a 12x18 InDesign doc, then it would be no problem at all to print them. I can do that for you guys as well (formatting the files), but it takes time, and thus more $$$.
This would just be a print service. I'm not gonna sell cases and crap with covers in em. Would just be paying for prints, same as going to Kinkos or any place like that. The only difference is that I won't print your covers at the wrong size like they often do :P

I actually just recently started using refillable carts with my Epson XP-410 after sticking with OEM carts, and to my surprise I've found that the print quality hasn't dropped down in the slightest. So if you are going to go down the third party route, make sure you go with reputable sellers (in my case, Precision Colors) and not the cheap stuff you'll find on eBay.

I actually went through Office Max which I consider to be a reputable seller. For me, the results were very poor and most of the time, the printer wouldn't even read the cartridges as full. Like I said before, I got my money back because Office Max guaranteed that stuff.
