Just look at the legal writing on your UMD and you will find it

Completely custom. i tried to get everything as close to the real scan as possible with other pictures online.

There are two numbers on the UMD itself, though neither says Product Number explicitly. There's, "Standard 200000302 Region 1 90 mins," though I'm guessing that's not it. There's also, "UVDL 022580," which must be it since that's the only other number there.

The "UVDL 022580" was what i needed, thanks.
I'll have links to the UMD covers soon in the PSP thread.
They won't be on the site because we don't have a "PSP UMD Movie" section yet
