Why don't you just put it on Ebay? It will sell quick. Just put it at $35 and new. People will buy it since it is cheaper than retail.

Ebay fees are not bad at all (well IMO). But to each his own. Also I have a second copy myself to sell someday, but mine is open I will keep the sealed copy.
Ebay is actually about 10% I think plus like 1.2% PayPal if I recall correctly? Just factor that in when selling your items...
