Didn't you get them from hit-Japan? Prolly didn't need to file a claim. They're pretty damned responsive. I'm sure they would have sorted you out with a message. |

Im not quite sure if it is a claim yet. I sent them a message to "ask a question" about the product. I clicked on "Incomplete product" and it brought me to the refund page. I wrote them a message about the missing games (I don't want a refund but I do want the games that were missing). I got an automated notification from eBay telling me to give them 7 days to respond. If an agreement is not reached please let ebay know and they can step in. I've ordered dozens of things from hitjapan but the fact I was missing the valuable games seems shady. Especially considering the Transformers game that was missing was listed on their store at almost the same time my box was shipped out. I hope they try and make this right. |
