March 2015: More stuff you got to clutter your corners

Picked these up on craigslist for $30 for the set.  Guy wasn't sure if anything worked besides "blinking red light".
I cleaned and tested everything, it all works perfectly.  The system on the right needs a new 72 pin connector, but that's pretty par for the course for old NES models these days.

Any chance you're looking to sell one of those?  I'm in need of an NES.  Don't need any controllers or power/av cables.  Just the system.

it's still better than the blink tag of Netscape.

Got myself some TOAD this morning. The first Walmart I went to had a dozen of those.

I meat that marquee code here is move

And that the glow code that our site has on quick select does not seem to work in Firefox, but instead gives solid highlight.
On Internet Exploder the code shows up as pulsating glow IIRRC.

move is bb-code - forum/bulletin board code has been available for many years. I think since php 2.
anyway, to web-developers (like me) the html tag is marquee.

I don't use bb-scripts but I poked around the web a bit and I found this site:

seems as though TCP bb-code will need to be updated.
