If you need extra information or would like to find out where to buy please refer to the original thread - Here

Template:

Hello all, this is the NEW official master thread for Single CD Poly Cases for the Sega Dreamcast

1.  What is wrong with the old thread?

2. What make this one "official" ...?

There was no old master just for dreamcast. There is one for all single-poly cases rolled into one and its not organized at all and the OP has been gone from the post for 2 years.

Yes Sir! It's on the list for this weekend. I have both Evo games and need them covered myself!

These are some great covers.  Myself, I am growing tired of getting a dreamcast game and the stupid case snaps in half if you breath on it wrong.  I just wish they would catch on and more people would make sleeves for them.

The question tho, are you guys just scaling the old images up and making the sleeve that way or redoing the art from images you can scrounge off the internet?

I would like to get the template for the North American covers so I can start making tons of these. The one it always gives me is the Japanese one.

Using the template we use the raws provided in the forum people post. I sometimes find a DVD style cover and try and Frankenstein it if I'm desperate and want a place holder til a better scan comes along.

It should be on them same template. You have to disable the layers you don't need/want and enable the American ones.

Is this project still going on? I think one reason it's not as popular is because it needs a few things:

-I feel that each case spine needs a logo, just like the ps1 poly cases. Marvel vs capcom 2 especially.

-inside case inlays, like Saturn and sega cd cases

-I also feel the case spine is bland being all white. It needs something... i just can't put my finger on it.

-If i had a working computer... I'd get Photoshop and do a bunch of covers. This project is far superior to the dvd thread if someone takes initiative and makes these cases a reality.

I'm personally still interested in it but I'm more focused on my SNES, NES, and SMS collections at the moment. I will eventually get back to this it just may take some time.

When i get Photoshop and a working computer, i will take over this project, if that's cool.

I noticed shenmue will not fit all manuals and discs into one case, so my plan is to create a shenmue case, and a separate shenmue passport case.
Thoughts on this?
