Einhander:
I have been using my friends Laser printer with photoshop. But when I used my macbook, I wasn't able to adjust the size of the covers, I had to print what they gave me. I don't think photoshop works for Macbook.
Lashek:
GIMP is decent, free, and multi-OS.
