Iwata confirmed the port strike is effecting stock of systems and Amiibos.

I wonder if this is why they only released the 3ds XL over in the US.  Moving two separate versions of a console would be a hell of a lot harder on shipping.
Still...does this mean we'll get anything when the strike is over?  I doubt it.

It's posable. The strike is leaving barges of containers holding stock just sitting on the water. It is effecting farmers as well. It's posable there is a boat full of Little Macs and Ikes siting somewhere. And it is probably the reason why Wave 3 of Amiibos is having such a slow launch, stores were supposed to get Toon Link, Bowser and Sheik all at once, the port is not completely closed to to protests, but has been slowed down.

Maybe, just once, someone will call me "sir" without adding, "you're making a scene."

I'm more confused by this than angered. He harmed himself more than any one else. He is out $200 and a rare system to moderately annoy other people. He cut off his own leg to annoy a paraplegic. Sure that guy without the ability to use legs might me mad at you for a day or so, but you are the one who now has no legs.

He is never going to make his money back, it would take 150,000+ views on YouTube to get the $200, and no one is going to buy that piece of crap sculpture for over $200, and most people are not going to pay the person himself any attention. They are going to hate the thing he did, but who he is is not going to pass most peoples mind. Look at the guy with the Rosalina Amiibo thing, I hear people bring up the action but no one knows his name.

Somebody tried this with a 20th Anniversary PS4.  He wanted like $5000 on kickstarter to destroy it and post the video on youtube, thus earning additional revenue.  Thankfully, his kickstater made all of $150 or so.

Yeah, nobody cares. They are going to be annoyed for a day and forget about it. And also cements the fact that the action is mote famous than the person, I doubt you can name the guy that tried to do it off the top of your head. I can't.

I agree with Larry, the dude looks and act like a spoiled kid. His loss, not ours.

So apparently you DO NOT want to start playing MM on a 3ds and then play it on a NEW 3ds, or vice versa...causes a game breaking glitch and you need to delete your save and  restart.  Or at least thats the theory.  Its happened to a few people online including me.  Game just crashes when you attack.

When you start the game it asks if you want to set it up for the circle pad pro, which is build into the new 3ds. That could be part of the reason...

No idea.  It worked for a while, even with changing the settings.  This is not confirmed, BTW, it is just the only common denominator the message boards seem to agree on...thw game freezes, gives an error message and the system restarts.  Whats odd is it only happens when you attack or encounter an enemy.  But it is frustrating as hell.

So has anyone played it on a regular 3ds with the circle pad pro? Actually, does anyone other than me have the circle pad pro?
