***COMPLETE*** Mario Bros. – Atari 5200 – NA – Label Request

Does anyone have a label for Mario Bros. for the Atari 5200?  I found a cheap copy with about 60% of the label missing.  I've already found some google images, but I thought I would check to see if anyone has a cleaned up version.  I have not found anything in the forums.
