After another year-long hiatus, it's nice to be back on the forums again! ;D I have a request that should be pretty easy. Does this scan need much work before it's ready for printing? I mainly ask because the official art for this game currently costs much more than I'm willing to spend on a reproducible piece of paper... A user from a few years back posted the raw cover scan for this rare game, Gotcha Force. (link) He noted that this scan in particular was "high-contrast", and that he would re-do it in the future. Well, his account has since been deleted, it seems, so I can't ask (or really tell on my crappy laptop screen) if he ever got the chance to do so, so I'm bringing it to you guys! What does anybody think? Need much work? |

It does look a bit washed out, but if you play with the contrast, you see a lot of moire and lose detail in the robot on the front. I'd suspect that most printers would do OK with it as is. |

I had a copy of this printed on professional equipment, similar to what is actually used to print the original inserts. The logo on the front is a bit washed out, as I suspected, but everything else looks pretty good. All of the text came out sharp, which is rare with scanned items. |
