Been slowing down a bit on picking up games for 2 reasons.  The app I use to catalog my games decided to erase all my data, and I have been caught up in the Amiibo craze.  But I did get a certain copy of Star Fox 2.  I hear it lights up.

Gaiares, Musha and Probotector in 1 pick up????  That's it - i'm moving to Austria.  Why are your pick ups always so bloody amazing Tik?

Believe me sheep that lot didn't come cheap. Even though it was on the austrian craigslist the guy new what he had. The good thing is he bought most of the stuff new back in the days so some of those games are the best looking MD games I ever saw in my life. The bad news is that even though of all the games only a few are missing their manuals one of them had to be Probotector. Oh well what can one do.

Nice scoop Tik! One of these days I'm going to have to pull the trigger on getting myself a CIB Musha. I know it may bery well end up seeing the single most expensive game I ever buy, but what good is a Genesis/Mega Drive Shmup collection without that in it! ;)

If you want one you should try to get it soon as the price seems to skyrocket more and more. Last ones I saw sold for 250-400!!!!!

Had a coworker who knew I was into retro gaming.  Said her husband had a box of old games in the basement they were going to throw out since they were ruined due to having a broken water pipe leak all over the box.  Wanted to know if I had any interest.....for FREE.

I opened all of them up, scrubbed the contacts with some Never Dull and 91%isopropyl.   All fire up and work no problem.

WIN!

I am not shy about talking about this hobby.  Every once in a while someone will give me a box of stuff they perceive as junk.  I have gotten some really nice games and systems because of this.

picked up a couple of things yesterday;

mario kart 8 edition Wii U
Bayonetta 1 and 2 set Wii U

If you find any purpose at all for the pstv let me know.  Mine is gathering dust.  Most of the games I wanted to play on it are incompatible.  Very disappointed.

I was ready to buy one when it came out, but I can't find any games I want to play, compatible or not.
Maybe, just once, someone will call me "sir" without adding, "you're making a scene."

I got a complete R.O.B. for the same reason  ;D
It's in great condition except that the motor doesn't spin anymore. I'm assuming it can be fixed, but I haven't looked into this yet.

Most of my friends are into gaming so that is less likely for me.

But, one friend was going to give me Mario 64 and Mario Party 3 fro free, he had them on his night stand to bring to me in school and his mom threw them out because he did not have an N64 anymore.  :-\

Mine is somewhere in my office in its box. Plugged it in once, thought the interface was disgusting, took to to work for "R&D".  What a stupid product.
