Joystiq is shutting down

For those that use joystiq for video game news the site is closing down on February 3rd 2015. So what is your thoughts on it?

Joystiq has always seemed kinda like Kotaku - people quote their articles, but don't go there that often. Can't say I'm too surprised about them going out of business.

I really liked Joystiq actually and their app sits on the front page of my iPhone. They had to only really good way to check gaming news from a phone. Sad to see them go

I've always had Joystiq bookmarked. But... I very rarely visited the site; simply because there are better sites.
