Printing suggestions?

I know the title is kind of vague but I was wondering if anybody knew of any paper/materials that could be used to print cover art for games like Kingdom Hearts / KH2, where the paper has a kind of foil texture to it. I'm not asking for an exact replication of those covers since that'd be hard to do if even possible, just wondering if anyone else has attempted anything like this and what the best way to go about it would be.

If I'm just asking in vein I can easily just hunt down the black-label cases for like five bucks online. Greatest Hits stuff is starting to annoy me :P
