Has anyone planning on purchasing the first part 1 of Life Is Strange this week?

It looks incredible... I never played Remember Me, which is what a lot of people compare it to. It's definitely on my list, but I'll probably wait until I get a PS4.

Has anyone played the first episode of this game yet? If so what are your thoughts currently on this first episode so far?

I played it and absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, it's only a couple hours of content, but it's very riveting. I absolutely cannot wait for Episode 2 and I've already purchased 1-5.

No, That I can recall at the moment but, there have been games that good sale for digital download like Resident Evil Remaster that never received a physical release for the PS3/PS4/Xbox one system

True, lots of games are "digital only", yet the episodic titles make sense to get a disc release to provide that "one stop shopping" experience

Digital sales of RE HD just passed the 1 million mark, if Killer Instinct can get a disc, this can too.  I think it's just a matter of time.  Maybe once digital sales start to taper they'll put out a disc.

That's awesome news.  Have been holding out buying this waiting for a physical copy.  A ltd edition with extras is even better!  Preordered!

I wish the physical release was coming to last-gen systems as well, considering the fact that it was released on 360/PS3. Seems like it's only coming to next-gen systems.

Got my LE version preordered. A lot of these episodic games are great, but I generally wait for them to get a complete season in physical media before I buy them.
