Here's Corpse Killer.

Here are a few tips to get everything to fit right.

•   You are going to have a few folds to make.  I use a straight edge and run a knife lightly over the paper to make a crease.
•   For the front cover, I recommend making the crease first and folding the paper over.  Cut the top, bottom and ride side off.  Leave the back side folded around.  This will make the front cover a little thicker (two pieces of paper thick) which will hold the cover in the jewel case better.  The jewel cases were meant to hold thick manuals, and a single piece of paper will be very loose.  Having the back side folded around will help.
•   For the back cover, I recommend using one of your Sega CD or Sega Saturn covers to line up the crease marks.  Using this template will make the covers about 1 mm narrower than an original cover.  If you line up the creases with an original cover, you will not notice the 1 mm when everything is in the case.

I hope this works for you.  Let me know how it turns out.

Maybe, just once, someone will call me "sir" without adding, "you're making a scene."

@KalessinDB,

Can you confirm the third game you were looking for?

Let me know how they turn out.

TDIRunner, thanks so much!  That looks great.  I use MS Paint to print my other covers.  What did you use for these?

I'm using the free version of PhotoShop (CS2) which I downloaded from this site.  When using Photoshop, I just setup my printer for my type of paper and set the quality to high.  Other than that, I can just hit print.  I didn't have to do anything with the dimensions.

In fact it was Virtua Cop, those were the three I was thinking of I just wasn't in front of my games to check (I have them in DVD cases right now as there's those versions already made)

Much appreciated, I will file these away until I either find some reeeeeally cheap sports games or Shadowfox gets through the NES cases and the Genesis clamshells and maaaaaaaaaaaybe does the longboxes next :D

A guy can hope, right?

Cool, I'll knock out Virtua Cop tonight.  Was Virtua Fighter correct?  I did the first one, but I wasn't sure if I needed the second one or not.  I might go ahead and knock that one out as well.

Oh, and I'm not 100% sure that Shadowfox plans to make replacement jewel case long boxes.  My understanding is that they would be more like DVD cases, but big enough to hold the original big ass manuals.  If he made those cases, they would require an entire new template that my covers here wouldn't fit in.

I think your best bet for now is to find a cheap sports game with a case that isn't beat up too bad.  Personally, I can live with broken hinges because they aren't too visable.  If Shadowfox makes his Saturn and Sega CD cases, I will probably switch to them, but I want my games cased up in SOMETHING between now and then.
