PS1 (NTSC) DVD Cover Requests

I've found almost all my current PS1 games with their original (NTSC) jewel case cover art customized for DVD covers here, except for a select few:

-Atlantis: the Lost Empire
-A Bug's Life
-Gex: Enter the Gecko
-Gex 3: Deep Cover Gecko
-Grinch, The
-Star Wars Demolition
-Toy Story 2
-Toy Story Racer

I'd greatly appreciate it.

Were you able to find the original cd case art? it would help people (Mel) if you were able to find the raws first.

I personally own all but Gex: Enter the Gecko and both Toy Story games complete in their original jewel cases. I don't have access to a scanner though.

Is there a sort of list for the order those raws are made into DVD covers? I can wait if so.
