I found one in the wild.

Does anybody have a cover for it?

Do you have pictures of it?  I only ask because this game is supposed to be pretty rare since supposedly it was only released in Brazil.  I've heard arguments that the release in Brazil was only a rumor and that the 32x version of this games doesn't really exist.  Obviously, I've never seen one in person.

So then it would pretty much need a custom cover created from the Sega CD version I suppose.

I realize this is an old thread but I too am in need of a DVD style cover for the 32x CD version of Surgical Strike. It is an official release but in Brazil only. I would be happy with one based on the Brazilian box art or a 32x version of the Sega CD box art. Please let me know if I can provide any more details. Thank you

I did but my scanner was not working then, so I forgot.
Now it's somewhere again.
As soon as my renovation is done in month or two or so I'll start sorting stuff out and it should pop up again.
I'll scan it sooner if I come a cross it while mini arranging stuff.
