Help with PS1/CD covers?

Hi guys, I'm having some trouble printing PS1/CD covers, and inlays, I use paint because I don't have photoshop (nor do I have the funds to do so) I'm staying simple and using MSpaint because it's easy for me lol but can someone please tell me the margins and paper size I need to set it to, to be able to print ps1 covers/ CD case covers correctly?? Thanks!

If all you want to do is print jewel case inserts, you're better off with something like this

Thank you so so much. But if I just knew the margins for it in paint I would be happy. That's really all I need.
