Tetris gb and Tetris Axis removed from eshop

For thoses that own a 3DS Tetris gb and Tetris Axis has been removed from the eshop in both north america and europe. Also what is your thoughts on this?

My thoughts are this is why I don't bother with DL content unless it's free.

I own physical copies of both of them so i have no fear if my system(s) decide to die 10 years from now. :)
