This is a custom cover because I stitched it together from google sources. Not ideal, but better than nothing. Yes, most of the graphics were stretched from a lower dpi. I don't know if that's an automatic rejection from the cover project, but I need the cover so I'ma use it. If anybody else is okay with it,they can use it too.
I suppose I should give credit to whomever supplied Cabela's 2005 adventures cover, as I used it as the base, and used its upc code as I couldn't find a decent image of that part and didn't like how it looked blank.

http://imgur.com/UJ5JF9L I honestly don't know as I made it first because gametdb.com said it was the USA cover, but every other source on the internet says the other cover is the legit one, and I couldn't find any cover clearly marked pal or otherwise.
I hope they are useful to more people than just myself.
