Request: Dynasty Warriors 4 PS2 NTSC

Hi everyone, I hope this noob is following proper rules since the wiki seems kaput.

I'm looking for the original Dynasty Warriors 4 NTSC Retail art for the PS2.  Nobody seems to have a raw scan of the entire piece, just a few separate sections that I lack the skill to piece together.  Does anyone have this one?
