Hi, I was wondering if there was any possible way of creating a flat printable version of this cover:

I tried asking the original creator, but he hasn't responded nor has he logged on in who knows haha.

you could use a DVD template and make your own cover. a Google search for Pride FC is a good start to finding components for recreation:
